Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been processed and submitted to our fulfilment partners, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping Times
We work with international suppliers and fulfilment partners, so delivery times may vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are 3–21 business days for the United Kingdom and Europe, and 10–25 business days for international orders. These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@mistmyroom.store so we can investigate. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs and Import Taxes
Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
