- Overview
At Mist My Room, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and order issues. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. - Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been processed and submitted for fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled or amended due to our automated processing system and third-party logistics partners. - Shipping Information
As we work with international fulfilment partners, delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–21 business days. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. - Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 14 days of delivery
- Supporting evidence (photos or videos) is provided
- The item is unused and in its original condition
All return requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Returnable Circumstances
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Delays caused by courier services, customs, or external logistics providers
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Lost or Delayed Orders
If an order has not arrived within 30 business days, we will investigate this with the shipping carrier. Where an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or store credit. - Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. In some cases, return of the item may be required. - Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are still in transit unless the parcel is confirmed lost. - Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before raising a payment dispute. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide full documentation including order details, tracking information, and proof of delivery. Unjustified disputes may result in future orders being declined. - Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Mist My Room cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. - Contact
